We email you matching leads
When a request lands in a city you serve, you get the full project details by email — with no obligation to take it.
You claim & close
Claim the ones you want for a flat $50 — no subscription, no contract, no minimum. We send the homeowner's name, phone and email, and you contract and get paid directly. Up to three builders may claim the same homeowner, so claiming does not take it from anyone and there is no bidding.

It's pure pay-per-lead, with no monthly cost: a flat fee only on the leads you accept — no subscription, no commitment, and nothing owed when there are no leads in your area. If a homeowner turns out to be unreachable, we credit the lead.
